Position Summary:
We are looking for a passionate student with real integrity to join us and help drive hiring with our Talent Acquisition Team here in Budapest. As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will be working closely with our Campus Attraction Coordinator in our quest to find the great young talent for our organisation and you will also help develop a successful university program. Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying intern hiring needs for our departments and collaborating with managers to compile a list of requirements
- Attracting suitable students through databases, online forums, social media, and work with student recruitment agency
- Handling incoming applications and collating received documentation
- Conducting pre-screening interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
- Assisting in completing paperwork for new hires
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity, participate in attraction events for students
