As a trainer and advisor, I support students in dealing with the challenges of international mobility, from preparing for their time abroad through their stay to returning home.
I also support students with creative career counselling using OH Cards. In my work, I find it important to create an empathetic and accepting atmosphere and to use a solution-focused approach.
