Trade / Import, Logistics and Customs Manager
GLOBERO KFT AS AN IMPORTER AND DISTRIBUTOR OF HIGH-QUALITY BUT AFFORDABLE GOODS FOR OUTDOOR AND INDOOR FURNITURE DISTRIBUTES DESIGN AND GARDEN ACCESSORIES, AS WELL AS PRODUCTS RELATED TO OUTDOOR RECREATION.
The products are imported directly from inspected, certified factories around the world with decades of experience. With our constantly renewed and expanding range of furniture and accessories, we provide domestic representation of the world's leading international manufacturers. Thanks to our direct import activity, our customers can buy high-quality products on a favorable price level.
Tasks:
• organizing import shipments, contacting with shippers
• organization and support of logistics activities related to procurement and service
• Cooperation and contacting with trading colleagues and factories
• cooperation with warehouse workers
• active participation in the organization of deliveries, organization of road deliveries, organization of container transport, handling of air shipments
• contacting suppliers, handling orders and complaints,
• order tracking,
• full control of delivery and related invoices, sending them to customs clearance, bookkeeping,
• customs administration
• EKÁER administration;
• keeping registration up to date
Expectation:
• experience in procurement,
• intermediate education level (preferred: logistics, foreign trade),
• active oral and written English (daily use, e-mail communication),
• independent, flexible work, proactivity.
• user-level PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook),
Advantages:
• Far Eastern trade and shipping experience
• commercial experience
• BA-MSC education (preferred: logistics, foreign trade),
• more than one year of work experience in a similar job
• knowledge of spoken Chinese language
