- Greeting guest with a smile and using the guest name when known
- Prepare and set the restaurant before the meal period
- Serve the food and beverage to the guest in the right temperature as well as introducing the food
- Making sure the sideboard of each section clean, refill all the necessary supplies (e.g. teacups, cutlery, etc.)
- Take orders and answer the guest inquiries whenever possible
- Fold napkins, making sure the cutlery is clean as to be set in the table
- Encourage customers to fill in the customer service survey through QR code
- Offer the drinks menu and wine menu with certain suggestions and recommendations
- Perform closing duties in the correct procedure
- Follow up the guest’s order to ensure the fine dining experience
- Assist other colleagues when needed to assure smooth operation
