Your responsibilities:
• Be involved in supporting the AP leader & teams in day-to-day operations (not exhaustive)
• Receipt documentation
• Invoice processing
• Be adherent to agreed service levels, policies and procedures
• Interact with the wider project team supporting the ramp-up of the SCE with administrative tasks
• Assistance with various initiatives
Your profile
• Currently occupied in studies of economics, finance, business administration or comparable degree
• Strong English and active German language skills (ideally Hungarian skills as well)
• Strong customer orientation
• Enthusiasm for establishing and ramping up a new Shared Service Center
• Motivated to take initiative and to drive continuous improvement
